Our chef (a true local with 40 years of experience in the kitchen) prepares both typical dishes from the Aosta Valley tradition, and classic Italian dishes. It includes a choice of plates, so you can personalize your menu choosing from a number of first and second courses, side dishes and desserts! SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS
Particular attention is reserved for guests with specific dietary needs, allergies or intolerances. The restaurant of the Hotel Aigle has been trained by AIC on the preparation of gluten-free dishes. In this sense, for example, we can boast considerable experience in preparing special gluten-free/lactose-free menus for intolerant people. Particular attention should also be paid to allergies.
