At Hotel Aigle, attention to the customer is also reflected in the care of the cuisine. Many guests with dietary requirements, allergies or specific intolerances choose Hotel Aigle because they know that we pay special attention to them.

GLUTEN FREE COUSINE
Special attention is reserved for guests with specific dietary needs, allergies or intolerances. The restaurant of the Hotel Aigle has been trained by AIC on the preparation of gluten-free dishes. In this sense, for example, we can boast considerable experience in preparing special gluten free menus for people with gluten intolerance.

Offering special menus for people with gluten or lactose intolerances is not just a matter of goodwill, but a real mission. A mission that involves the knowledge of all the problems, the learning of the correct procedures and, at each stage of preparation, the creation of paths well separated from those for the preparation of the basic menu. In this field, Hotel Aigle guarantees rigorous standards thanks to the continuous training of staff and the comparison with reference organizations, such as the Italian Celiac Association.

Warning: If you need a diet that requires special preparations and ingredients (e.g. gluten-free diet or lactose intolerance or vegan cuisine), please let us know when booking. For each request of “special” food (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan) will be applied a supplement of € 3 per person per night for stays Bed & Breakfast and € 6 per person per night for stays in Half Board.
