Important INFORMATION ABOUT check-in
Your room will be available starting from 3:30 p.m., but if you have scheduled to arrive in the morning you are welcome to leave your luggage at the hotel.
Upon your arrival we will be happy to welcome you with a good complimentary “welcome coffee” and then you will be up and ready for a first excursion! This can be a walk in the village (here in our village of Entrèves or in the town of Courmayeur), an excursion exploring the Val Veny or Val Ferret, skiing, or taking the modern SkyWay cable-car to reach Punta Helbronner (3462 mt above sea level). If you arrive before the check-in time, you can do all this and then take possession of your room at any time from 15:30 to 19:00.
If you have booked half board, we remind you that dinner is served in our restaurant at 8:00 pm.
If for any reason you feel that you will not be able to arrive by 19:00 please give us advance notice. Check-in after 19:00 is considered “late check-in” and a supplement of Euro 15,00 is applied. The cut-off time for late check-in is 10:00 p.m. After 10:00 p.m. it will no longer be possible to check-in as we do not have a night porter, nor staff who work at night. Therefore, you are invited to plan your arrival at the indicated times and no later.
We suggest that your flight or train does not allow you to arrive at the hotel by 10:00 p.m., to plan a first night near the airport or station, or in a hotel that has a night concierge and then to reach our location the following morning.
Important INFORMATION ABOUT check-OUT
Check-out starts 9:00 am. For the settling of any additional cost such drinks at the bar, wines from the restaurant, use of the sauna, city-tax, the bill will be ready starting 9:00 am. If you have the need of a early check-out (before 9:00 am on the day of your departure) please inform the reception of the hotel by 6:00 pm on the day before your departure.
We suggest checking out after breakfast (which is served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am) and after loading your luggage into the car.
