No problem!

All objects that we find during the tidying-up of the rooms (or anywhere in the hotel) are put aside. If you realize you forgot something, contact us. If we find something in your room we will contact you.

To regain possession of your items you can organize a hotel collection with Poste Italiane. We will take care of packing your lost items, while you can send us the collection label to apply to the package to be sent.

How to obtain a collection label from Poste Italiane: You can organize shipping and collection easily on the Poste Italiane website on THIS PAGE.

Step-by-Step instructions: You will need to complete the following steps in order to obtain the collection label:

1. Specify the location of departure and destination of the shipment, and dimensions and weight of the package;
2. Either register (insert your data) or authenticate to access the Poste Italiane system (sign-up or sign-in with username/password or with the PosteID app via SPID or QR code);
3. Enter the sender’s details, in this case the sender will be us:
   Hotel Aigle
   Strada La Palud, 5 – Entrèves
   I – 11013 Courmayeur (AO);
4. Indicate the desired date and time of collection;
5. Enter the details of the recipient of the shipment (your name and address.)
